1. How can I assign different ring tones to different contacts? You can only assign a ring tone to a contact that is saved on the device.

When there’s an incoming call, you can turn the device face down and then the ring will be silenced.
Note: If the device remains face down, the phone will still ring in the next phone call.
15. Why doesn’t the ring tone play after changing the USB connection type to Disk Drive?
When you change the USB connection type, the original route of the ring tone will no longer exist. Please change the connection type back to ActiveSync or reasign the ring tone location.
16. How do I perform a soft reset? Where is the reset button?
Pull out the stylus and locate the red reset button near the opening of the slot. Use the stylus to press the reset button to perform a soft reset.
